If you prefer to phone us, you will be able to speak to a real person rather than an automated service.  All our sales staff have a good overview of RCV engines and their applications, however if you need some help with a particular model,  you can speak to one of our experienced aero-modellers.
We even have an out of hours line in case your question can't wait. 

RCV's customer support extends to the lifetime of your engine.  Even if your engine is out of guarantee we are still happy to provide you with any advice as well as details on servicing and repairs.

All RCV engines purchased new from an authorised RCV dealer come with a 2 year comprehensive warranty.  RCV request that you complete your warranty details either on-line or on the card provided with the engine within 30 days from date of purchase.

By registering your warranty, you will also be eligible for our unbeatable Lifetime Repair Guarantee.  Whatever happens to your engine whilst you are the owner, we guarantee to repair or replace it for less than 50% of a cost of a new engine.

RCV engines are inherently reliable, however as with all engines, spares will sometimes be required.  Unlike other engine manufacturers, RCV spares are available at the lowest prices possible.
