Dr Randy Shaffer has the whole range of RCV engines and uses these for the majority of his scale projects. This model is all wood with coverite material and painted with acrylic paint and covered with clear enamel. As you can see, the engine is completely enclosed by the cowl. The cooling air goes in the bottom of the cowl and out the exhaust pipes. |
