Robert tested this 58CD engine for his club - West Windsor R/C Club.
He commented that 'the engine turns a 12 x 9 propeller @ 9500 rpm and idles at around 2700. The engine is well mannered and handles well'. He also comments that 'it makes the same power as a hot 45 2-stroke engine'. The RCV58CD is a 4-stroke engine therefore this comparison is accurate as 4-strokes are not as powerful as 2-strokes.

His final comments are 'this engine is slightly too small for this plane'. When flying in 3D applications a lighter plane or smaller propeller would be advantagous.
