| Mark's
58CD was the first RCV seen at his local model flying club (Harrogate)
and it attracted a lot of interest. The engine is mounted in an inverted position and Mark states the engine is 'performing faultlessly'. He also states that apart from the obvious advantage of the compact size, 'the easy starting, great pickup, slow yet reliable idle and the idling sound on approach are particularly impressive. 'The aircraft performs very well and I particularly love a slow high APA approach with the airbrake mixing on and the sound the RCV makes when blipped on finals - very scale like sound. |
