RCV Warranty & Technical Enquiries
RCV Engines are inherently reliable however there will always be occasions when a customer needs technical support or even a warranty repair.

RCV are dedicated to providing excellent customer service & are happy to provide support to any RCV users worldwide.  We can provide this support in a number of ways:

  • - answers many frequently asked RCV queries
  • - if you cannot find the answer to your question in our FAQ sheet, please contact us by either email, phone or post
  • Repairs - once we have tried to resolve your engine problem via email or phone, we may request you return it to us for evaluation / repair.  You will be given an Authorisation No. (which must be written on the outside of your package) and informed where your nearest service centre is.  To ensure the minimum delay in processing any repairs (either under warranty or not), we will also require the following information to be included with any engine returns:
    • Name & Address
    • Contact telephone number &/or email
    • Engine Serial No.
    • Information of problem

BJ's are authorized to carry out warranty servicing on RCV Engines.  

For warranty service, a warranty log number, issued from , is required before sending the engine to this service center.

Warranty Coverage

 

RCV Engines Ltd provide warranty coverage which is second to none.  This coverage lasts for 2 years from date of original purchase from an authorised RCV dealer.  Please note that although not always necessary, proof of purchase may be needed, so please either keep this safe or return to us with your warranty form for us to keep. 

Engines which are purchased either second hand (used or unused) will not be covered under warranty.
